Our step by step process

1. Site Visit & Feasibility Assessment

We assess utilities, access, servicing requirements, zoning, and feasibility so you can understand what’s possible before moving forward.

2. Building Permit Agreement

This is where your journey begins. Once we have collected the initial deposit and signed the agreement, we order a survey so that we can confirm our initial assessment and begin the design phase.

1 to 4 months

3. Site Servicing & Unit Construction

Site Servicing and Unit Construction are two independent processes that happen simultaneously. Resimate takes care of arranging the site servicing and getting the property ready so that the manufacturer can focus on the unit.

$15,000 deposit

4. Installation

The Big Day! Your home is delivered!

5. Site Work

During this phase, we complete all the on-site work required toreceive an occupancy permit.

50% deposit

4 to 6 weeks

6. Final Grading & Landscaping

This phase varies somewhat from project to project. Final grading can't be completed in the winter. This is where we are able to close out all permits and obtain return of grading deposits.

40% deposit
